What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm until 10pm
Check-out is by 11.00am. Late check-outs until 12pm can be arranged depending on the availability of your room.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 8am – 10am
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your reservation, we are happy to provide you with a full refund less a £15 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days or less of your reservation, we cannot provide a refund or credit. If your reservation falls during a holiday or special event, then you must cancel 30 days prior to check-in in order to receive a refund. We do not provide refunds for no call/no shows. We are a small property of only 10 guest rooms and last minute cancellations affect us significantly (one guest room is 1/10 of our inventory and we also order food and schedule staff based on our upcoming reservations). Once you make a reservation, we hold the room you booked specifically for you and do not allow anyone else to book it. If you cancel at the last minute, we may not be able to book a room that would have likely booked had we not been holding it for you. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect you from the unexpected.
Do you have any access friendly bedrooms?
Our guest bedrooms are not wheelchair or access-friendly. Please note we do not have a lift at the property. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you allow pets?
While we adore pets, we currently we do not have any pet friendly rooms since all of our guest rooms are in the main house.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We do have wi-fi located throughout the Hall, however due to our location we do encounter connection issues especially during bad weather. Please note that due to our location it is very difficult to get mobile phone signal at the Hall.
Is the Hall non smoking?
Yes the full property is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Considerate smoking only in designated outside areas. In addition, candles are prohibited (LED candles are allowed and look like the real thing, but do not pose a fire hazard).
Do you have any twin rooms?
Some of our rooms have super king beds that can be converted into two twin beds. Please get in touch with us before making your booking to ensure we can accommodate. Unfortunately we would not be able to accommodate this on the day of your arrival.
Are you family friendly?
We certainly are! Children of all ages are welcome. A travel cot can be provided by prior arrangement free of charge; however, we do ask that you provide all your own bedding for the cot. Some of our rooms can accommodate fold out beds for children at an additional cost – please call to discuss and we will help you find the most suitable one for your family.
