We welcome people with disabilities and have developed the Access Statement to address some of the more common issues that disabled people face.
This access statement is intended to provide additional information for all guests who wish to attend the hotel or use its facilities. Recognition has been given to include guests with an impairment, which could include mobility, sight, hearing, learning disabilities or any other hidden impairment.

Dalston Hall Hotel has a ground level car park, with direct access into the hotel via a portable ramp, however it is advisable to inform us prior to arrival In addition, there is a designated disabled parking space situated in front of the hotel reception. All ground floor areas, including reception and restaurant are accessible to wheelchair users,
A ground floor toilet has sufficient space for wheel-chair users.
All our bedrooms are on the first or second or third floors are not accessible by a lift so are limited certain disabilities.
